Erected in 1880, the Cathédrale de Saint-Hyacinthe contains the Opus 8, by the Casavant Brothers and many religious celebrations are accessible here. Note also the stained glass windows that were made at the Atelier Léonard in Quebec as well as the canvases of the Way of the Cross by a French painter of Italian origin, Uberti. Finally, we must not forget the painting by Osias Leduc, "The Eternal Father", located in the vault above the choir. On Sundays in July and August, the doors of the cathedral will be open for a free visit from 1:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.
